IMPORTANT NOTICE

The North Carolina Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) is federally mandated to ensure that all provider information is accurate and current in the Enrollment, Verification and Credentialing (EVC) System. It is the State's policy to recredential providers and provider groups a minimum of every three years.

Providers receive a Recredentialing Invitation via mail or e-mail when they are scheduled to begin the recredentialing process. Instructions for accessing the recredentialing application are sent along with the Recredential Invitation.  If you have received a Recredentialing Invitation and have not responded, you may be at risk of having all claims denied and/or becoming terminated from the program.   Please contact CSC EVC Call Center - Toll Free Number: 866-844-1113.
