The following demographic reports access has been removed due to incomplete data being displayed for the Functional Status (Well, At Risk, High Risk). This has been an ongoing issue in ARMS now for several years. We hope we will have a fix by the next fiscal year. But in the meantime, the ZGA-541 report series can be used to for client demographics and the ZGA-537 report series can be used for total units served by service code.
The
Provider Client Assessment Details screen has changed to allow Users
to View and/or Correct a current assessment and to Create a New Assessment
by
changing the Assessment Date and responses on an existing assessment
(re-assessment)
