ARMS - CNDS Data Cleanup

This error may be in the first 5 digits of ARMS SSN (9-digit SSN from old ARMS) that match a SSN in CNDS.
ARMS Users cannot correct the first 5-digits of the SSN. It will have to be done manually.
In the example below, it is clear that an existing ARMS Client (9-digit SSN from old ARMS)
has the same SSN as a Client in CNDS.
ARMS Coordinators must CONTINUE TO SUBMIT these Clients for corrections to
Linda Owens to have verified with Social Security Administration and then corrected manually in ARMS.

New Create (Verify and correct if needed)

Clients with 000-00-0000 as their ARMS SSN and CNDS SSN were not found in CNDS.
If Clients are not found in CNDS SAME information found in ARMS is displayed in the CNDS columns.

Match

Client found in ARMS and CNDS, but ARMS data does not match one of the mandatory fields
(last name, first name, gender, date of birth) in CNDS display in the Reason field.
Users should change this data to MATCH CNDS
