DEEM Questionnaire

The Disability & Elderly Emergency Management (DEEM) Initiative would like to hear from you on how to strengthen our communities’ abilities to assist the elderly and persons with disabilities prior to, during, and following man-made or natural disasters.

You can either participate in one of seven forums that will occur during June and July or you can provide comments here. To see a brochure about the forums, click here.

If you would like to provide your comments by e-mail, please look at the questions below then click on the link at the end of the questions to provide us your thoughts on some or all of the questions.

  1. What do you believe needs to be addressed in your community or in the State to help the elderly or persons with disabilities be better prepared for disasters?
