Tool Kit: Working with Family Caregivers
of People with Memory Disorders. The Tool kit was published by the Duke Family Support Program to
provide tools and information to professional I&A
providers work on memory disorders and resources.
Senior Phone Book. The directory is intended
to provide health and aging service professionals, older adults
and member of their families and community a ready source of
information about the services in North Carolina. Published by
the Division of Public Health, Older Adult Health Unit.
