To Download a .zip file
  • Click the 'filename.zip' you wish to download.
    A dialog box will open.
  • Select "Save it to disk" option.
  • Another dialog will open; at which time, you can select the directory where you want it stored.

Note: You will need a decompression utility to open a .zip file. You may first want to download WinZip.exe.

How to Extract files from a Zip file
To Download a .doc file
  • Click the 'filename.doc' you wish to download. A dialog box will open.
  • You can select "Open it"; at which time it will open Microsoft Word and you can save it from the "File" menu;
  • Or select "Save it to disk".
  • At which time, another dialog will open and you can select the directory where you want it stored.
To Download a .xls file
  • Click the 'filename.doc' you wish to download. A dialog box will open.
  • You can select "Open it"; at which time it will open Microsoft Excel and you can save it from the "File" menu;
  • Or select "Save it to disk".
  • At which time, another dialog will open and you can select the directory where you want it stored.
To Download a .ppt file
  • Click the 'filename.ppt' you wish to download. A dialog box will open.
  • You can select "Open it"; at which time it will open Microsoft PowerPoint and you can save it from the "File" menu;
  • Or select "Save it to disk".
  • At which time, another dialog will open and you can select the directory where you want it stored.
To Download an .exe file
  • Click the 'filename.exe' you wish to download. A dialog box will open.
  • At which time, a dialog will open and you can select the directory where you want it stored.
To Download a .pdf file
  • Click the 'filename.pdf' you wish to download. A dialog box will open.
  • Select "Save File." A dialog box will open for you to select directory or folder as to where you want file stored.
