For Provider Internal Use ONLY:
The Mental Health Cost Report is still suspended per DHHS Secretary Lanier Cansler’s memo dated 7/13/2011 (see link below). However, there has been some interest from some providers wanting to be able to use the Mental Health Cost Report so they can get rate information for their internal use. The cost report program below has had the service list updated for those Medicaid services valid from 7/1/2010 through 12/31/2011. The service list is the only part of the program that has been updated. The 2009 Mental Health Cost Report User Manual, any other supplemental forms or appendices will still help a user through the program. The only appendix file that has changed is Appendix M which contains the updated service codes and description names. To use the Personnel and/or Contract Provider screen import features, please use the updated Appendix M file below.
Again this is for a provider’s internal use only!!! Any provider is welcome to use this cost report program for help to figure what it costs them to provide a unit of the Medicaid services but DO NOT SUBMIT THE MENTAL HEALTH COST REPORT OR ANY OF IT’S SUPPORTING MATERIAL TO THE DHHS OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER.
