UPDATE:
DHHS Secretary Lanier Cansler has suspended mandatory cost reporting for CAP MR/DD, residential treatment facilities and enhanced mental health services providers. This suspension affects any Mental Health Cost Report due after December 31, 2009. Any cost report due on or prior to December 31, 2009 is still due and must be filed. The Office of the Controller strongly encourages providers to keep current systems in place to keep up with your cost report information so a cost report can be filed as soon as the suspension is rescinded.
