Participants will have the option of attending either full or half day sessions. The agency representatives attending should be knowledgeable in agency financial and cost reporting practices as they relate to services for which cost reimbursement is claimed. If participating in the time study, the employee responsible for the accuracy of the agency’s time study should also be present. Agency IT staff are welcome to attend, as is the agency's audit firm.

Materials to be covered include all schedules and forms, detail information on the annual time study and the Residential Treatment and Foster Care Cost Report, and any changes from prior years’ report forms, instructions or processes.

Full day sessions are from 9:00AM - 4:00PM and are designed for participants who are “new” to the process or for participants requiring "hands on" computer assistance in completing forms, schedules, time sheets and the cost report. Computer training is offered only at the full sessions. The afternoon portion of the full day session is designed for individual “hands on” computer use for those participants who have the capability to use the Microsoft Excel Foster Care Cost Report

Half Day sessions are a 3-hour update designed for participants who have experience preparing the cost report or time study. Morning sessions will be held from 9:00 till 12:00 noon. Afternoon sessions will be held from 1:00 till 4:00 pm. Both morning and afternoon sessions have the same content.
