Subject: Fiscal Reporting Procedures for NC Health Choice
Effective with October services reimbursed November 1998, the following codes will be valid for claiming reimbursement through the DSS-1571 for NC Health Choice in accordance with DMA Administrative Letter No. 04-99, Addendum 02 (dated September 22, 1998).
Part IB (Salary & Fringe Benefits):
Function Code 63, Column 9 (NC Health Choice - Staff Admin. Cost) 74.15% Federal, 25.85% State
Part II (Administrative Expenditures):
Part II Code 441, Fund 1 (description of "NC Health Choice") will be used to report enrollment fees collected.
