This document is the February 13, 2008 revised draft rules version posted for public review. This document contains changes as a direct result of input from the EMS community received through a series of six public meetings, letters, emails, and oral comments since the initial draft version was posted for discussion. The variances between the initial draft and this document are reflective of the attempt by the members of the EMS Advisory Council: Rules Revision Task Force, OEMS staff, and EMS community to develop a consensus document for eventual submission to the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.
