Lists of facilities licensed by the Mental Health Licensure and Certification section are available in two formats. An easy to read PDF lists the facilities in alphabetical order by county. The TXT files are for download into spreadsheets or databases. Header.txt (4 KB) lists the names of the columns in the TXT files and fileform.txt (12 KB) has additional information about each column.
The files are updated once a month.
