This list of
IT applications receives special support offered from 7:00 am and 7:30 pm. After 5:30 pm, DIRM on-call staff will provide support of which resolution is not guaranteed until the next business day. All other products/services will receive support from business and infrastructure sections/units between the normal hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, respectively. In all cases, days of operations are Monday through Friday,except for state holidays.
