Provides project management oversight and guidance to divisions/offices for DHHS IT initiatives; serves as the departmental liaison to the state’s Enterprise Project Management Office regarding project approvals; sets DHHS IT Architecture direction, provides guidance and architectural support to divisions, and serves as departmental technical liaison for architectural approvals by the Office of the State CIO for new initiatives; facilitates discussion and establishment of DIRM policies, procedures, and standards for Privacy and Security functions; and coordinates responses for DIRM managed applications to audits by the DHHS Privacy and Security Office.
