results screen will display the information that is in our provider file
database. Please
allow two weeks for updates to be processed. The information is current as
of November 25, 2008.
If "atypical" is diplayed under your provider number, DMA has on file that you are an atypical provider.
DMA will notify the billing provider by mail (Provider Ready letter) once it
is determined that the NPI submitted on the claim is mapping correctly to the
Medicaid provider numbe rsubmitted by the provider. "Ready" will
be displayed
under
the
provider number once a letter has been mailed to you. Refer to the May
2008 general Medicaid bulletin for additional information on the Provider
Ready letters.
