CABHA Transitions Workgroup

The CABHA Transitions Workgoup is comprised of representatives of DMA, DMH/DD/SAS, Local Management Entities, Medicaid providers, utilization review vendors, and consumers. The focus of the group is to develop a feasible plan for the transition of consumers receiving the enhanced behavioral health (community intervention) services listed below from Community Intervention Services Agencies to Critical Access Behavioral Health Agencies.
