Carolina ACCESS Provider Enrollment

Physicians enrolled with the N.C. Medicaid program are eligible to enroll as Carolina ACCESS primary care providers.  Carolina ACCESS requires providers to complete and submit a signed application and agreement indicating their compliance with all participation requirements.  If you have questions about the enrollment process or documentation requirements, please contact DMA Provider Services at 919-855-4050.

Providers will be contacted if there are questions regarding information provided in the application.  Providers are notified of their approval or denial in writing.  Approved providers are assigned a provider number and can begin submitting claims to Medicaid upon receipt of their Medicaid provider number.
