The Child Service Coordination Program (CSCP) provides formal case management services to eligible children at risk or diagnosed with special needs. Child Service Coordination identifies and provides access to needed preventive and specialized support services for children and their families through collaboration.  The CSCP goals are:

  • to connect children and their families with needed services
  • to support children in reaching their developmental potential
  • to help ensure that children are raised in healthy, safe and nurturing environments.

The program is family-centered and family-driven and seeks to respond to the varying concerns of children and their families.
