How to Make Your Services Accessible
“I have a Deaf patient and want to make sure I can understand him when he describes to me his medical problem. How do I get an interpreter?”
“I have several Hard of Hearing people planning to attend a conference at my hotel. How do I make sure they can hear the speakers clearly? How will they know if a fire breaks out?”
