The Division provides consultation on the development or revision of legislation, administrative rules, regulations, policies, procedures, programming and service delivery that ensures compliance with federal and state statutes governing access by people with hearing loss to services and resources and enables full participation in the community where they live. Consultation is provided also on the most appropriate type of technology or accommodation needed.
