The CSS Customer Service Center serves as the gateway for all questions from our customers. This number puts you in contact with the Interactive Voice Response system, which is available twenty-four (24) hours a day; seven (7) days a week. Information is available in English or Spanish. Have your MPI number available. A menu describes your options. Press the appropriate number to go directly to the information you want, or press "0" to speak to a customer service representative. Interactive Voice Response representatives are available Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
