The Economic and Family Services Branch may be reached by calling toll-free at 1-800-662-7030 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please provide as much information about the recipient as possible (name, social security number, address, employer's name, and date of birth, etc.). You do not have to provide your name. All information is confidential.
