About Us

The Performance Management/Reporting & Evaluation Management Section is comprised of the following units:

• Information Technology Support - provides information technology support to County Department of Social Services and to the State Division of Social Services
• Performance Reporting & Evaluation - collects, analyzes and reports data as it relates to the programs operated by the Division.  Program planning and evaluation, systems analysis, and Internet utilization are also responsibilities of this area.
• Information Support - provides support for the various computerized systems operated and/or utilized by the Division.
• Quality Assurance - monitors Food and Nutrition Services to assure the correct application of Federal and State Laws and the proper administration of benefits to recipients.
