In 2009, Secretary Lanier Cansler launched N.C. DHHS to a new day. To be effective in ensuring all North Carolinians enjoy optimal health and well-being, all DHHS employees must work on making DHHS the best managed agency in state government.

- November 2011: Round two of the Excels Outreach sessions have started. For more exciting details, see page one of this newletter.
