Project Homeless Connect events have proven to be a successful one-stop resource link for the homeless population. The ICCHP provides limited funding to local communities to assist them in sponsoring events at least once a year. These events provide the homeless an opportunity to access an array of human service and state agencies, as well as dental screenings, haircuts, food, clothing, and more. Every year more local communities participate in Project Homeless Connect events.
