| DHHS Human Resource
(HR) staff have been meeting with other state agency HR representatives
under the direction of the Office of State Personnel (OSP)
to
determine how all current state jobs will fit under
each of the Job Families. Currently, this
determination has not been finalized.
When the analysis is completed, each one
of these Job Families will be further broken down into
a number
of "Career
Branches"
and under that, a number of "Banded Classes"
that will include your job.

example, a current “Office Assistant” position
will fall under the Administrative Support Associate
Banded Class Series as illustrated in the banding profile
below: |

be analyzed and assigned to one of the 10 proposed
Job Families
listed in the chart below:
