Cindy Cindy is an employee in the accounting records section who uses a wheel chair. Cindy has a reputation of being a complainer about various coworkers' personalities and often disagrees about work styles or procedures that differ from her way of accomplishing things. Recently, her supervisor has not allowed her to participate in two work teams with other sections because she feels that Cindy is not a good "team player."
