Section C: Steps to Take if Accused

STOP! Before going on to the next section in the lesson,
you need to "Chart Your Progress" in the course.

You probably completed sections of the form at the end of the earlier lessons. If not, you should
remember reading about the form in the "How to Take This Course" section earlier.
Since you have successfully completed a section of the lesson,
you need to complete a section of this form before moving on.
When you have finished the entire course, you will have a completed review question for each section to turn in to your supervisor.
The question is based on the steps you've just completed,
so you should have no problem answering the question correctly.
So, take a minute to complete the form while the information is fresh!

Accessing the form:
If you have already saved the form on your computer, you can minimize the browser window and retrieve the file from your computer, answer Question 2 on the form,
and resave the file for later access.
If you printed it out, you can find the form, complete Question 2 and save it again for later.
If you have not yet saved or printed the form, click on the "Contents" link at the top of the lesson,
and get the form. Then save it on your computer or print it and follow the instructions above.
