This course, Creating A Service Culture (formerly known as Customer Service for Supervisors and Managers), covers the basic principles of good customer service. This class is geared toward supervisors and managers.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn:

  • Tips for creating a customer service culture
  • Behavior that employees are expected to deliver, both with external customers and their coworkers.
  • Tips for mentoring their employees so they can deliver the best customer service.
  • Importance of internal customer service.
