Customer Service for Supervisors and Managers

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Supervisors

 

 

This eight-hour course covers the basic principles of good customer service. This class is geared toward supervisors and managers.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn:

  • Tips for creating a customer service culture
  • Behavior that employees are expected to deliver, both with external customers and their coworkers.
  • Tips for mentoring their employees so they can deliver the best customer service.
  • Importance of internal customer service.

Communicating for Leadership Success (formally the Essentials of Leadership), is the pre-requisite for all of the required Supervisor and Manager classes . This course gives a foundation for leaders (Supervisors and Managers) and helps them to get results through people.
