
HR Classes Offered to DHHS Supervisors
This four-hour training session covers the why, what, and how of the disciplinary action process policy and how to issue discipline, so that it is legally defensible. At the completion of the program, participants will understand and be able to effectively administer the disciplinary action process, including writing effective disciplinary action letters.
