Embracing Change

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Employees

This four-hour course focuses on the role of the employee in implementing change in the workplace.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn to:

  • Commit to and take ownership of change.
  • Effectively recognize change, explore change and overcome personal resistance to change.
  • Minimize the negative impact of not adapting to change on individuals, work groups, and their organization.
  • Influence others to embrace workplace change.
