RBI: Leadership: Facilitating Change

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Supervisors

This eight-hour training session introduces the four phases of change and the roles of leaders and is the first day of the two-day RBI class. You must complete both classes to get credit for attending the RBI course.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn to:

  • Feel comfortable with change and beome agents for positive change.
  • Establish greater role clarity for themselves and develop others.
  • Plan actions they can take to achieve the organization's vision, advocate continuous improvement and growth, and build partnerships.

Communicating for Leadership Success (formally the Essentials of Leadership), is the pre-requisite for all of the required Supervisor and Manager classes . This course gives a foundation for leaders (Supervisors and Managers) and helps them to get results through people.
