Communicating for Leadership Success

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Supervisors

This course, Communicating for Leadership Success (formerly the Essentials of Leadership), is the pre-requisite for all of the required Supervisor and Manager classes . This course gives a foundation for leaders (Supervisors and Managers) and helps them to get results through people.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn to:

  • Use a set of essential skills to meet both practical business needs and personal needs.
  • Use a set of proven interaction skills.
  • Help employees to enhance their performance by providing feedback.
