DHHS Talent Development team

The DHHS Central Office Talent Development team is responsible for the production and delivery of the DHHS staff development and training strategy. They are key advisors on the implementation of training and staff development.

  • Planning and delivery of training programs
    • Classroom
    • Online courses
    • Webinars
  • Providing management and leadership development
    • New managers and supervisors
    • Senior management
    • Re-engaging experienced managers and supervisors
  • Providing employee development
  • Overcoming budget restraints
  • Partnering with division and facility Training Coordinators and Staff Development Coordinators
  • Implementing the Learning Management System (LMS)
