Developing Others (formerly known as Supporting Leadership Development)

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Supervisors

This four-hour training session covers the basic leadership development concepts and techniques supervisors are learning and how to support the organization and its new leaders.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn to:

  • Establish and promote the importance of continuous learning and development.
  • Support development efforts of others to increase a successful development environment.
  • Create an action plan foe supporting specific leadership development activities for their units or sections and the organization.
  • Help ensure your organization gets a favorable return on investment of its time and resources devoted to staff development.
