Note: The following performance management and dispute process information applies to teachers, educational administrators and educational support staff who work in DHHS schools and institutions.

If you are a teacher employed by DHHS you will be evaluated using a system approved by the State Board of Education called the "SERVE" evaluation.

If you are an administrator or in a support position related to education, you will be evaluated using other various State Board approved evaluation instruments.
