Long-Term Care

Some employees choose to take out long-term care insurance. Long-term care is different from the type of care you would receive in a hospital that would be covered under your regular health insurance. Long-Term Care Insurance can help pay for extended care you would receive at home, in an assisted living or nursing home, adult day care or hospice.

For more information, ask your benefit representative or go to the Long-Term Care website. On the website, enter "stateplan" in the group name block and "stateplanltc" as the password.
