The Division of Human Resources standard operating procedures (SOPs) include major human resource activities performed in the department.

The SOPs provide seasoned human resource professionals a readily available resource and serve as an on-line mentoring guide for new employees. By having well-established procedures, an employee’s work consistency, quality and timeliness are improved.

Should you encounter problems as you use the SOPs with links or accuracy of information, please immediately inform the appropriate Division of Human Resources’ section chief. Our goal is to always keep the SOPs accurate and up-to-date for your use.
