    Educators Grievance Guidelines

  1. Educators are afforded their due process (appeal rights) prior to the issuance of the disciplinary action.
  2. Consult with management on process and assist with gathering information if requested.
  3. Be aware of process for consultation with employees as well.

These dismissals/demotions, etc. are now all generated by the DHHS Supt. of Schools in OES. Any grievances filed would be in writing back to her office.
