Monthly File Information

If you downloaded your June paid claims data before August 14th, there MAY be problems with it! Some FTP software (including the one we recommend for you to use in the User’s Manual) was not compatible with the way the data was saved on the mainframe. This means that you may not have received all the claims that you needed or that the entire file you received was jibberish. We have since corrected the problem from our end and re-wrote the files in the correct format on August 14. Also, June data will be available on the mainframe for an additional month for your convenience.
