A national campaign targeting youth and community acceptance of persons living with mental illness was launched today - "What a difference a friend makes". North Carolina contributed to and was instrumental in this campaign development / research by participating in a 6-state pilot initiative in 2005.

The EBI demonstration project was designed to test models and public education materials, including: radio; television; and print media public service announcements (PSAs).
