2012 CAP-I/DD Audit Information
Between September 24, 2012 and November 9, 2012 the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services (DMH/DD/SAS) and the Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) will conduct Medicaid audits of CAP I/DD providers directly enrolled with North Carolina
Medicaid.
The audit tools, audit tool guidelines, staff qualifications checklist, and directions to audit sites are posted here. Prior to each audit, providers will receive a list of records to be reviewed. Audit tools are subject to revisions. Any changes made
will be posted to this web site.
