Administrative rules are part of the North Carolina Administrative Code (NCAC) written to fully interpret General Statutes. The Administrative Code divides the contents into title, chapter, subchapter and sections, for example the rule for Alcohol and Drug Education Traffic Schools (ADETS) is 10A NCAC 27G .3803:
