The Community Information Page is designed to showcase the goals, strategies and initiatives that the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services is undertaking to educate North Carolinians about the State’s mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services system and the changes to that system currently taking place.

Community Engagement Plan

The Community Engagement Plan is a framework to manage and coordinate the wide variety of communication activities that will take place in order to achieve success for the people served.  It includes an overview of goals, target audiences and message themes related to the 1915 b/c Medicaid Waiver and other topics.
