Computer requirements:
To ensure that you are able to view and participate in the division's distance learning opportunities, please verify that you have the following computer requirements.

Please note that the software linked below is free to download and use.

• Flash player 7 or higher
• Preferred monitor resolution of 1024x768
• Adobe PDF Reader
• Internet access with minimum bandwidth requirement of 56 kb/sec
• Sound card
• Video card (some courses may contain video files)
• Speakers and/or headphones
• Monitor, keyboard, and mouse

Monitor Resolution:

Preferred monitor resolution of 1024x768.

For Windows based operating systems:

1. Go to Start button > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Select Display.
3. In the "Display Properties" window select the Settings tab.
4. Use the slider to adjust the monitor's resolution.

For Mac based operating systems:

1. Click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen.
2. Select Control Panel > Monitors and Sound.
3. Click on the Monitor icon.
4. Select the desired monitor resolution.
