Training Questions and Answers
These Q&As pertain to who may offer training for the Medicaid enhanced benefit services.
- In regards to the training done by the trainers formally known as “endorsed” is it correct to assume that providers can now begin using the curriculums posted on the website and not go through an endorsed trainer for something such as Community Support? In addition, would providers make their own certificates or would they still come from the Behavioral Healthcare Institute?

Yes...providers can now develop or use their own curricula (for some curricula, there are "minimally required training elements" posted on our web that must be included). And yes, providers make their own certificates. Please ensure certificates meet these guidelines.
