Wanda Greene - has been a recruiter with the Office since 1995. She is the official liaison to the National Health Service Corps for North Carolina and is the Conrad 30 (J1 Visa) Coordinator. Ms. Greene is committed to the recruitment and retention of qualified providers to the underserved residents of NC.

Keshia Bailey, MPA - has been with the Office since 2012. Her background includes dental public health education at the state level and community health at the local level. She looks forward to working with dental, medical, and psychiatric providers to assist them in their efforts to practice in North Carolina.

Jerry Boylan - has been with the Office since November of 2003. He works with primary care physicians, mid-level providers, dentists, dental hygienists, and psychiatric mid-levels to place providers in rural areas of NC. Prior to working at ORHCC, he worked for a Practice Management software firm, installing, training and supporting billing, appointments, electronic claims and EHR software products for fifteen years. He lives in Durham, works in Raleigh, and has two adult children who also live in North Carolina. Jerry is a volunteer at the local USO in the Raleigh-Durham airport and, having coached girl's competitive soccer for 13 years, is a big soccer fan.
