Veterans and Military Report

North Carolina’s military, national guard, reserves, retired military, veterans and their families have access to publically funded mental health, developmental disability, traumatic brain injury and substance abuse services and resources.  This report provides an overview of services and supports provided from the Department of Health and Human Services, the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services, the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities and through the seven Local Management Entities-Managed Care Organizations.
