and Home Improvement
Housing Assistance and Home Improvement is an optional county service
that can assist adults and families who reside in or may return to
independent housing to: 1) become better educated about available
housing resources and to 2) have access to a higher standard of living
by utilizing one or more federal, state and local home improvement
funding sources. The state Division of Aging and Adult Services, the
regional Area Agency on Aging or county Department of Social Services
is the point of contact for more information. Listed below are the
counties and service provider agencies which offer the home improvement
component.
