IT Governance Committee

For DHHS employees

This webpage provides the application and approval process for IT projects for the NC Department of Health and Human Services.

Background material for the role of the IT Governance Committee (ITGC) is provided below:

For each IT project in the department, two forms must be filled out:

• ITGC Request to Pursue IT Initiative (Word, 88 KB)
• ITGC Application Budget Supplement (XLS, 20 KB)

Completed applications should be submitted electronically to the following email address at the Division of Information Resource Management (DIRM): DHHS.IT.proposals@dhhs.nc.gov
